The Tournament Vice President, with the assistance of the Tournament Committee, will:

• Plan and schedule a program of WSAA Championship Tournaments, including Multi-Color and Blueface Indoor, Safari, Field, 3-D, Golf, Target, and FITA

• Conduct Multi-Color Mail-in and Blue-Face Mail-In Tournaments

• Establish regulations and procedures for the conduct of WSAA Championship and Mail-In tournaments

• Solicit bids for Clubs and Shops to host the Championship Tournaments

• Solicit bids for Calendar shoots, refine the schedule, and prepare WSAA Calendar pocket cards

• Maintain records of tournament scores achieved in each Division and Style

• Determine winners of the Triple Crown, Division Champion and Archer of  the Year awards
