TOURNAMENT RULES ARTICLE I -- CHAMPIONSHIP WSAA TOURNAMENTS1. There may be eight Championship Tournaments: (1) Indoor Multi-color; (2) Indoor Blue-face; (3) Field; (4) 3-D; (5) Safari; (6) Target; (7) FITA; and (8) Golf. There may also be two Mail-in tournaments: (1) Indoor Multi-color; (2) Indoor Blue-face. The dates of these tournaments shall be set by the WSAA Tournament Committee prior to the Annual Convention. 2. a. The WSAA Tournament Vice President will manage the WSAA Championship Tournament, Mail-in Tournament, and Calendar Shoot program. b. The Tournament Vice President will organize and direct each State Tournament with assistance of the WSAA affiliated host. c. Registration for the State Championship Tournaments shall be a duty of the tournament host. d. Registration for the Mail-in Tournaments shall be a duty of the Tournament Vice President. e. WSAA Awards shall be ordered and maintained by the WSAA Tournament Vice President. f. The tournament host will be responsible for ordering all tournament supplies to include target faces and score cards. g. For each Championship Tournament, the Tournament Vice President will appoint a three-member protest committee. ARTICLE II -- CHAMPIONSHIP WSAA TOURNAMENT BIDS1. The Tournament VP will solicit bids from WSAA chartered clubs and shops interested in hosting the WSAA Championship tournaments. 2. Interested clubs/shops must submit a firm commitment to furnish needed facilities. Bids must be submitted in writing to the Tournament Vice-President with supporting materials. The bid presentation should include range location, club/shop facilities, area motels, restaurants, food and drinks at the range, practice areas, camping, and the date of the last range inspection. Club/shop should be sure that they can meet all NFAA and WSAA requirements to conduct a state championship

8. Golf Shoot bid requirements a. The host must provide a minimum 18-hole archery golf range b. Ensure the range is ready for inspection prior to the tournament weekend if needed. ARTICLE III – CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT ELIGIBILITY1. The host for a WSAA Championship Tournament must hold a current WSAA Charter. 2. Competition in the WSAA Championship Tournaments shall be open to all archers whose target fees are paid and who are current WSAA members. 3. In the Indoor Multi-color and Outdoor FITA Championship tournaments, NAA archers who are not WSAA members are eligible to compete and receive awards. 4. In all other WSAA Championship Tournaments, archers who are not WSAA members may participate in the Guest Division, but are not eligible for WSAA Championship awards. 5. Awards for the Guest Division will consist of 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in men and women only, all styles/classes combined. Unit rule will be used. (1 award for 1-3 archers, 2 awards for 4-6 archers, 3 awards for 7 or more archers). ARTICLE IV – TOURNAMENT FEES AND ACCOUNTING1. a. All State Championship Tournaments shall be pre-registered. Pre-registration should be postmarked a minimum of 10 days before the tournament, or pay $5 late fee for registration on-site. b. Entry fees for all Championship Tournaments shall be $20 Senior and Adult, $18 Young Adult, $15 Youth, $5 Cub, PeeWee free, $35 Husband/Wife, $45 Family Maximum. Guests may be charged an additional $5. c. Entry fees for Mail-in Tournaments shall be $10 Senior and Adult, $8 Young Adult, $5 Youth and Cub, PeeWee free, $17 Husband and Wife, $25 Family Maximum. Guests may be charged an additional $5. d. Monies and accounting sheet are due to the WSAA Treasurer no later than 10 days after the end of the Tournament. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed after 10 days, with an additional $25.00 per month thereafter. 2. a. The host of the Indoor, Field, Safari, Target, FITA, and Golf tournament shall receive 50% of registration money after cost of targets have been deducted.
c. The cost of target butts for Field and Indoor ranges are a host expense, not a tournament expense. d. The cost of target mats for the Target and FITA tournaments are host expense, not a tournament expense. e. The cost of animals for the 3-D tournament is a host expense, not a tournament expense. f. The cost of pucks, flags, and tee stakes for the Golf Shoot is a host expense, not a tournament expense. g. Tournament expenses over and above those mentioned shall be determined by the WSAA Tournament VP. ARTICLE V – TOURNAMENT AWARD SYSTEM1. Archers will be separated into Divisions (gender and age group) and Styles (equipment). Examples of divisions are Adult Male, Adult Female, etc. Examples of styles are Freestyle, Bowhunter, and Barebow. All NFAA Divisions and Styles will be recognized. All NFAA age groups are recognized, including Senior and PeeWee. 2. Plaques shall be presented to Champions, in each division and style; the “unit rule” will be used to determine if second and third places will be awarded. This means 1 award for 1-3 shooters, 2 awards if 4-6 shooters, 3 if 7 or more shooters in the division. 3. Size and color for each of the Championship tournaments will be as follows:
j. FITA White 7 X 5 k. Golf Green 7 X 5 3. A Senior division is available in all NFAA styles at all State Championship tournaments for archers who are 55 years of age or older. Archers who qualify by age may either register as a Senior or in the regular Adult division. 4. a. Junior divisions are available at all State Championship tournaments in age groups of Young Adult (15-17 years of age), Youth (age 12 through 14), Cub (8-11 years of age), and PeeWee (under 8 years of age). b. Archers may elect to compete in any higher age division, junior or adult, with written parental consent. This letter will be held by the Tournament VP. Once this option has been exercised, the archer may not revert back. ARTICLE VI – STATE CHAMPIONSHIP REGULATIONS1. a. The Field Championship shall be composed of a 28-target Field round followed by a 14-target Animal round on Saturday, and a 28-target Hunter round on Sunday. b. The Target Championship shall be composed of two American 900 rounds, one on Saturday, and one on Sunday. c. The FITA Championship shall be composed one FITA round, with the two longer distances shot on Saturday, the two shorter distances on Sunday. d. Competitors at the Indoor Blueface Championship shall shoot two NFAA Indoor rounds (60 arrows each). An appropriate number of shooting times will be made available over a three-day period, and archers must shoot their rounds on any two of the days. e. Competitors at the Indoor Multi-color Championship shall shoot two rounds (30 arrows each). An appropriate number of shooting times will be made available over a three-day period, and archers must shoot their rounds on any two of the days. Shooting rules are as described in Attachment 3. f. The 3-D Championship shall be composed of one 60 target 3-D round, either 40 targets on Saturday, 20 on Sunday, or 30 targets each day, with distances and shooting rules per NFAA regulations, as amplified in Attachment 4. g. The Safari Championship shall be composed of one 70 target round, shot on primarily on Finnwood Safari targets. Longer distances may be shot on appropriately sized 3-D targets; shorter distances may be shot on appropriately sized paper targets from other sources, including computer art. Archers shall be assigned to shoot 42 targets on Saturday and 28 on Sunday, or 45 targets on Saturday and 25 on Sunday. Distances and shooting rules are as described in Attachment 5. h. The Golf shoot shall be composed of 36 holes, with 18 holes on Saturday and 18 holes on Sunday. Distances and shooting rules per Attachment 6. 2. The official rules of the NFAA shall govern all events except as noted in these rules. 3. The Tournament Director will group archers with their competition whenever possible at Championship Tournaments. Cub and PeeWee archers will be grouped with other cubs. Tournament host will provide responsible adult escorts. 4. PRACTICE a. There will be two practice ends before the start of each indoor round. There will be one practice target at the beginning of each day’s Field and Safari shooting. There may be a 45-minute practice period or two ends of official practice at the beginning of each day’s Target and FITA shooting. There will be no practice target on the course in the 3-D tournament; the first target is shot for score. There will be no practice target on the course for Golf tournament; the first hole is shot for score. b. For the Indoor Multi-Color and Indoor Blueface only, archers may pay a target fee to the tournament host and may shoot an additional line for practice, either before or after their scoring round. Archers shooting for practice will not displace an archer who is shooting for score, and will not be issued a score card. 5. a. Computation of results shall be under NFAA rules. In the event of a tie score, the tie will be decided by shooting off on the first three targets of the Field or Safari round or as designated by the Field Captain before the Tournament starts. If still tied after three targets, the shoot off will continue target by target until broken. b. At the Indoor Blueface Championship, Xs will be counted, and ties will be broken by high total X count. When a tie score and Xs occurs, tie may be broken by first round X count. If still tied, duplicate awards will be given. First, second, and third place awards will be given based on the three highest score/spot totals, so that the third high score will receive the third place even when duplicate awards have been given. c. At the Indoor Multi-Color, Target, and FITA Championships, ties will be broken by the number of hits, if still tied, by the number of 10’s, if still tied, by number of 9’s. d. At the Golf Championship, ties will be broken by sudden-death shoot-off, starting on the first hole. 6. A score made in the WSAA Championship Tournament will be considered a WSAA record if it is the highest score for that event to date. 7. Protests: Prior to filing any grievance, the person filing the grievance must verbally inform the person that a grievance is being filed against him/her. Then the formal protest must be submitted in writing, accompanied by a $25 fee, to the grievance committee within one hour of the end of the day’s shooting/prior to the beginning of the awards ceremony. The person submitting the protest and other shooter(s) involved will each present their position to the protest committee. If the protest is upheld, the fee will be returned to the protester. If the protest is not upheld, the fee will be retained by the WSAA treasury. 8. General Shooting Rules: The following rules apply to all WSAA Championship tournaments. a. All NFAA Divisions and Styles are recognized. b. Multiple Entry: In the Indoor tournaments only (Multi-Color and Blueface Mail-in and Championship) an archer may compete in more than one style (i.e. Freestyle and Bowhunter Freestyle), but may not compete in more than one age division within the same style. Separate fees and a separate registration form are required for each category in which an archer shoots. c. Competitors will be assigned in groups of three to six archers. No group of less than three shall turn in an official score. Archers must shoot in assigned group. d. Any archer who shoots arrows at the target in excess of the prescribed number, or shoots from the wrong stake, or shoots at the wrong target, or shoots stakes in the wrong order, shall lose the arrow or arrows of higher value. Repeated arrows such as test arrows or arrows for a bet, shall deem the archer subject to immediate disqualification. e. No archer shall advance to the target and then return to the stake to shoot again except in the case of unsuspected pass-throughs. In 3-D Championship Tournament, the arrow must remain in the target to score. f. All equipment checks and registration (including WSAA membership application or renewal if required) must be completed prior to shooting start time on Saturday. It is your responsibility to get the proper information on your registration form and score cards. g. All score cards must be signed as correct and turned in Saturday evening with your first day’s total scores. Names and scores will be posted. It is the archer’s responsibility to ensure they are registered in the proper classification. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER SATURDAY NIGHT. h. Each group must have two scorekeepers. Both sets of score cards must be turned in each day with confirmed scores, signed by the archer and both scorekeepers, or scorekeeper and target captain (three different signatures) as correct. Anyone signing an incorrect score total is subject to disqualification. i. If there is a dispute that cannot be settled at the target, or place of incident, and a range official is not available, mark the scorecard and target number and consult a tournament official before turning in the scorecard. Golf Championship Tournament Rules: See Attachment 6. ARTICLE VII – WSAA CALENDAR1. All requested calendar shoots for the annual schedule will be submitted to the Tournament Vice President prior to September 1, or at the Vice President’s request, prior to the year being scheduled (1 January through 31 December). 2. Request will be submitted in writing, and accompanied by $10 for each shoot to be listed. A weekend event will count as one shoot. The request should include preferred and alternate dates. Mention if date is “traditional” i.e. in conjunction with another local event or festival. 3. The Tournament Vice President will make selection of dates as close as possible to dates requested by the clubs. Preference in schedule will be given to type of shoots leading up to the next State Championship. 4. All WSAA Championship tournaments, NW Sectional Championships, and NFAA National Championships will be included on the Calendar without charge. Other events i.e. PNAA, Senior Games, State Games, may be included if a club, shop, or individual sponsors the event by paying the $10 fee. 5. The WSAA Calendar will be finalized at the Annual Convention. The Tournament VP will arrange for the printing and distribution of Pocket Calendars. The WSAA Editor will list all Calendar Shoots in the Quiver. 6. All scores submitted must be shot on the scheduled day and at the scheduled site of the tournament. 7. Host club officials will enforce equipment and shooting rules. ARTICLE VIII – ARCHER OF THE YEAR COMPETITION1. All WSAA members who shoot in the Indoor Multi-Color, Indoor Blueface, Safari, Field, Target, or FITA tournament are automatically entered in the Archer of the Year Competition. 2. For each of the above tournaments in which an archer participates, he/she are awarded points based on their score as a percentage of the record score for their division in that championship. The individual with the highest total points at the end of the competition year will be named Archer of the Year. 3. The award for Archer of the Year is a plaque, which will be presented at the annual Convention. ARTICLE IX – DIVISION CHAMPIONS
1. All WSAA members who shoot in the Indoor Multi-Color, Indoor Blueface, Safari, Field, Target, or FITA tournament are automatically entered in the Division Champion Competition. 2. For each of the above tournaments in which an archer participates, he/she are awarded points based on their score as a percentage of the perfect score for that championship. The individual in each division with the highest total points at the end of the competition year will be named Division Champion. 3. The award for Division Champion is a medal which will be presented at the annual Convention WSAA Indoor Multi-Color Mail-In Championship Rules GENERAL1. The Indoor Multi-Color Mail-In Championship shall consist of six rounds, usually shot over a period of six weeks. All make up scores are due no later than two weeks after the scheduled deadline for that week's score except for those granted a further extension by prior approval of the WSAA Tournament Vice President. The dates must be adhered to, so that the committee will be able to finish an up-to-date summary of scores during the competition. 2. The Location Reporter must mail scores each week. The Tournament Vice President will tabulate scores from all locations and send a summary of each week's scores to each shooting location reporter. 3. The distance shot will be 18 meters, using the multi-color 40 cm. indoor target, or three-spot target face. 4. The round shot consists of 10 ends of 3 arrows each, total 30 arrows 5. DIVISIONS: Adult Men or Women -- FS, FSL, BB, BHFS, BHFSL, BHBB, TRADITIONAL, FLS-R. Senior Men or Women -- FS, FSL, BB, BHFS, BHFSL, BHBB, TRADITIONAL, FSL-R. Pro Men or Women -- FS or FSL. Senior Pro Men or Women – FS or FSL Young Adult Boys or Girls (15 through 17 years)-FS, FSL, BB, FSL-R. Youth Boys or Girls (12 through 14)-FS, FSL, BB, FSL-R. Cub Boys or Girls (8 through 11 years)-FS, FSL, BB, FSL-R. PeeWee Boys or Girls (under 8 years)-FS, FSL, BB. 6. With the exceptions in a. and b. below, all participants must be current WSAA members, although nonmembers will be permitted to join the WSAA prior to the start of the tournament. To determine the proper age group for this tournament, use the child's age at the start of the tournament. a. Out of state shooters are welcome to compete in this tournament provided they are members of their own state or province archery association or the WSAA. b. NAA members who are residents of Washington and are not members of WSAA are welcome to compete. 7. Deadline for registration is prior to the start of the tournament. All forms and fees must be postmarked by this date. 8. Each shooting group shall select a tournament reporter. The tournament reporter shall receive all correspondence from the Tournament Vice President and shall be responsible for mailing all scores of their group to the Tournament Vice President each week. 9. A sample scorecard will be provided by the Tournament Committee. All scoring must be double scoring, with one score card being retained by the location reporter and the other mailed to the Tournament Committee. All archers should turn in their scores to their origination location reporter, regardless of where the scores were shot. All score cards must be signed by the individual archer and two other WSAA members (3 Different signatures are required). All junior shooting shall be supervised and their score cards signed by an adult. SHOOTING RULES1.
Equipment Rules: Follow
NFAA Equipment Rules. 2. A line captain shall be selected and shall settle all doubtful issues pertaining to shooting and scoring. 3. Each contestant must declare before shooting begins that he is shooting for WSAA score. 4.
There will be two official practice ends consisting of three arrows
each. 5.
An end consists of three arrows; ten ends shall constitute the round.
There is a two-minute time limit for an end. The archer will shoot their
assigned target. If assigned to the upper target, the archer will shoot the
upper target for the first five ends, then rotate
to shoot the lower for the remaining five ends, and vice-versa. 6. Scoring area values
shall be 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. a. Arrows touching the line shall be in the next higher scoring area. b. If using the three-spot face score the gold (10,9), red (8,7), and blue ring (6). 7. No archer may
advance in front of the shooting line during normal shooting periods for ANY
reason. a. Any archer shooting prior to beginning whistle or after whistle signaling end will lose the highest scoring arrow or arrows equaling the number of discrepant arrows shot. b. Anyone shooting more than three arrows will score the lowest three arrows. A penalty of one point will be assessed for each arrow shot over the prescribed number. c. If using the three spot face, you're allowed one arrow per spot. If more than one arrow is in a single spot, you will lose the highest arrow or arrows in that spot. 8. The line captain
will make all decisions on scoring questionable arrows, and their decisions
are final. a. All arrows must remain in the target until scoring is completed. b. Touching any questionable arrow prior to the completion of scoring shall result in the questionable arrow being scored in the lower scoring area. c. Witnessed bounce outs and pass throughs will be re-shot at the end of the round. This is subject to the discretion of the line captain. d.
When there is a difference in the two score cards; the lowest score
must be taken. 9. In event of
equipment failure, verified by the line captain, the archer shall have two
ends plus the remainder of the end in which the equipment malfunctioned to
make repairs. a. Backup bows may be used. b. The archer shall be given one end (three arrows) for the purpose of resighting. c. Make up arrows will be shot at the end of the round in the presence of the line captain. d. The occurrence of repair or replacement shall not happen more than once during a round. 10.
When an arrow is dropped while the archer is in the act of shooting, he
may shoot another arrow in place of the dropped arrow if the dropped arrow is
within ten feet of the shooting line. (A dropped arrow is one which falls
while being transferred from the quiver to be nocked on the string; or in
preparation of the shot; or falls from the string during a controlled
letdown.) 11.
Any archer who purposely disfigures a target face for any reason may be
disqualified. 12.
Any archer conducting himself in an unsportsmanlike manner shall be
IMMEDIATELY disqualified. 13. The use of spotting scopes will be permitted both on and off the
shooting line. However, on-line scopes will be restricted to small hand held
scopes. Archers will not be allowed to step on and off the line for the
purpose of using spotting scopes. No verbal communications will be allowed.
14. Bowhunter Freestyle and Bowhunter Freestyle Limited competitors may
NOT adjust their pin sights during a round. 15. Any registered shooters must complete all six rounds to be eligible
for awards. 16. Ties will be decided by the highest score in the following sequence:
1. First Round, 2. Second Round, 3. Third Round, 4. If there is still a tie,
then the tying archer with the greatest number of 1O's determines the winner.
If this is also a tie, then the tying archer with the greatest number of 9's
shall win. If a tie still exists, then contestants will be declared tied, and
equal awards will be given. 17. Any rules not covered above shall be referred to the Tournament
Committee. 18. Any grievances must be presented in writing to the Tournament Committee, and must be accompanied by a $25.00 fee. WSAA Indoor Blueface Mail-in Championship Rules GENERAL
1.
The Indoor Blueface Mail-in Championship will consist of 6 rounds,
usually shot over a period of six weeks. All make up scores are due no later
than two weeks after the scheduled deadline for that week's score except for
those granted a further extension by prior approval of the WSAA Tournament
Vice President. Scores received after the close of the tournament will not be
accepted unless an extension has been specifically granted by the Tournament
Vice President. 2.
The Location Reporter must mail scores each week. The Tournament Vice
President will tabulate scores from all locations and send a summary of each
week's totals to each location reporter. 3.
The distance shot will be 20 yards, using the NFAA-type indoor round
blue face target, or NFAA-type multi-spot blue face. Cubs and PeeWees shall
shoot at 10 yards. 4.
The round shot consists of 12 ends of 5 arrows each, total 60 arrows. 5.
DIVISIONS Individual Adult Men or Women -- FS, FSL, BB, BH, BHFS, BHFSL, Traditional, FSL Recurve Senior Men or Women -- FS, FSL, BB, BH, BHFS, BHFSL, Traditional, FSL Recurve Pro Men or Women -- FS or FSL Senior Pro Men or Women – FS or FSL Young Adult Male or Female (15 through 17 years) -- FS, FSL, BB Youth Male or Female (12 through 14 years) -- FS, FSL, BB Cub Male or Female (8 through 11 years) -- FS, FSL, BB PeeWee Male or Female (under 8 years) – FS, FSL, BB Team Limited – Any fingers style (FSL, BB, BH, BHFSL, Traditional, FSL Recurve) and any age. Unlimited -- Any style and any age. Junior Team -- Any style and any age under 18. 6. All state residents must be current WSAA members. New members will be permitted to join WSAA prior to the start of the tournament. To determine the proper age group for this tournament, use the junior’s age at the start of the tournament. 7. Out of state shooters are welcome to compete in this tournament. They must be members of their own state or province archery association or the WSAA. 8. Registration fees cover one individual and one team event. 9. Deadline for registration is prior to the start of the tournament. All forms and fees must be postmarked by this date. 10. If an individual enters both on a team and as an individual, the one score will be used for both. 11. Each shooting group shall select a tournament reporter. The tournament reporter shall receive all mailing and shall be responsible for mailing the scores of their club to the Tournament Chairperson each week. All archers should turn scores into their originating location reporter, regardless of where the scores are shot. 12. A team shall consist of three to six members from the same shooting location. The team members must remain the same as designated on the registration form through the entire tournament. 13. The weekly team score will be the total of the top three team members. 14. Adult teams may consist of both men and women. Junior teams of both boys and girls. A finger shooter may shoot on an unlimited team but a release shooter may not shoot on a finger team. 15. A sample score card will be provided by the Tournament Vice President. All scoring must be double scoring. One score card will be retained by the club recorder and one mailed to the Tournament Vice President. All scorecards must be signed by the individual archer and the two WSAA witnesses. (3 different signatures are required.) All juniors shooting shall be supervised and their scorecards signed by an adult. SHOOTING RULES1.

An end shall be composed of 5 arrows, 4 ends shall be a game. b.
There shall be a 4-minute time limit to shoot an end. c.
The round shall be composed of 12 ends -3 games. d.
The archer will shoot their assigned target. If assigned to an upper
target, the archer will shoot the upper target for the first six ends, then
rotate to shoot the lower for the remaining six ends, and vice-versa. 6. a. Scoring area values for the single spot face shall be 5-4-3-2-1. b. The white line that separates the scoring areas shall be entirely in the higher scoring area. c. If shooting the five spot face, score the white spot 5, the blue rings 4. d. X rings shall be counted and used as tie breakers, and will be considered part of the official score. e. Archer shall record Xs and numeric value of each arrow on the scorecard. 7. No archer may advance in front of the shooting line during normal shooting periods for ANY reason. Any archer shooting prior to beginning whistle or after whistle signaling end will lose the highest scoring arrow or arrows equaling the number of discrepant arrows shot. 8. In case of equipment failure, verified by the line captain, the archer shall have fifteen minutes to make repairs, without holding up the tournament. a. Backup bows may be used. b. The archer shall be given one end (five arrows) for the purpose of resighting. c. Makeup arrows will be shot at the end of the round in the presence of the Line Captain. d. This occurrence of repair or replacement may not happen more than once in a tournament day. 9. When an arrow is dropped while the archer is in the act of shooting he may shoot another arrow in place of the dropped arrow if the arrow is within ten feet of the shooting line. (A dropped arrow is one which falls while being transferred from the quiver to be nocked on the string, or on preparation for a shot, or which falls from the string during a controlled letdown.) 10. The line captain will make all decisions on scoring questionable arrows, and their decisions are final. a. All scoring shall be completed before an arrow in the target face, or the target face itself, may be touched. b. Witnessed bounce-outs or arrows passing completely through the target butt will be reshot at the end of the round, in the presence of the Line Captain. c. If an archer shoots more than 5 arrows in an end, only the five arrows of lower value may be scored. A penalty of one point will be assessed for each arrow shot over the prescribed number of arrows. d. Hits on the wrong target will be scored as misses. e. If an archer shoots less than 5 arrows in one end he may shoot his remaining arrows if the omission is discovered before the end is officially completed, otherwise, they shall be scored as misses. f. If using the five spot target face, an archer may shoot any of the five target spots in any order and shoot as many arrows into any spot as the archer desires, not to exceed the prescribed number of arrows per end. 11. Bowhunter Freestyle and Bowhunter Freestyle Limited competitors may NOT adjust their pin sights during a round. 12. Any registered shooters must complete all six rounds to be eligible for awards for individual or teams. 13.
In the event of a tie, the individual registering the most X
rings shall be declared the winner. If there should still be a tie, the
participants shall be declared tied and equal awards shall be given regardless
of unit rule. However, other places shall be adjusted to reflect the awards
given according to unit rule and unit rule will only be broken to award
duplicate awards to the last place allowable by unit rule. 14. Any rules not covered above shall be referred to the Tournament Committee. 15. Any grievances must be presented in writing to the Tournament Committee, and must be accompanied by a $25.00 fee. WSAA Indoor Multi-Color Championship Rules
GENERAL1. The tournament consists of two rounds, shot over a period of two days. The distance shot will be 18 meters, using the multi-color 40 cm. indoor target, or three-spot target face. 2.
